Theatre Bristol announces cast for 'The Odd Couple'

BRISTOL -- Theatre Bristol has announced the cast and crew of their upcoming production of "The Odd Couple," coming to theatre weekends Oct. 3-12.Adapted from Neil Simon's "The Odd Couple," the show opens with a friendly card game in the untidy apartment of divorced sportswriter Oscar Madison. Thrown out by his wife, news writer Felix Ungar moves in with Oscar. As opposites room together, Felix's corrections and criticisms begin to destroy Oscar's carefree life and weekly poker game with friends Murray, Speed, Villine and Roy.Oscar works to help Felix move past his heartbreak by inviting Pigeon sisters, Cecily and Gwendolyn, into their lives, but Felix is not ready. The Tony-award winning play's unconventional relationship is perfect for laughs.
